By the time of preparing this talk a flipchart was replaced with a tablet PC but the idea remained: the slides are  made up on the fly as Joe is describing the Theory of Constraints and its relationship to Agile Software Development.

BTW, J.B. is invited now to attend Agileee 2010 to happen in Kyiv, October 8-9.

Starting Scrum in one team is not always easy, you have to teach and involve the whole team to adopt new principles and a new way of working and communicating. Starting Scrum for 20+ teams in 4 countries is really not simple and involves some strategies that are not explained in Scrum certification program.
