Yves Hanoulle

Yves Hanoulle started working in IT in 1994.Β  He started as software support which he sees as the best way to customer driven programming.Β  After a few years working as a programmer, he started to follow a 1 year course on leading groups. IT is more then anything else working with people. A skills that can never be learned enough.

That is also the reason why one of two books Yves reads every month, has nothing to do with IT, but with personal skills.Β  Yves worked 5 years as Microsoft Certified trainer. Yves is a Certified Core Coach by McCarthy Technologies.

Yves spends 20% of his revenu on training and books. He started a 4 year gestalt training to optimize his coaching skills. Yves works as an agile project coach optimizing teams. Yves started PairCoaching.net because he believes that 2 trainers always outperform 1 trainer, no matter how good they are. Our Leadership workshops show this also works with people that never met each other.

Talk: “Tips for creating a Self-Organizing team”

In the agile world we keep talking about self-organizing teams. There is also the idea that self-organizing teams are self-created. In this presentation I will show my idea’s on how you can actually help a team to become self-organizing.

Objective(s) of the session: I want participants understand after this session that a self-organizing team can be build.

Contents: I will share idea’s on creating self-organizing teams that I have gathered over the years out of multiple trainings, leadership books and own experience. I will ask team members to talk about what helped them to become a team.

  • The Seven habits of effective people (Covey)
  • The Five dysfunctions of a team: a leadership fable Lencioni

What do the presenters expect to learn from the session? I expect t be challenged on my experience in creating self-organizing teams.
