It has been 26 years since my first hello world now. I spent most of those past being a programmer, a team leader, a CTO at anixe and a CSM. I give sometimes talks at the local university about scrum and kanban.

I have lead different ecommerce projects for ecommerce projects, mostly for buying airplane tickets and hotels.

I have lived and worked mostly in Germany, South Africa, Poland.

After years of waterfailings I discovered agile and this is what I truly believe can work.

I am a product owner, scrum master and coach for different teams and rarely work more than 8h a day, though I spend another 4h on learning more on how to get better and help others.

Together with my teams we made a tremendous difference for us and our customers and the software we deliver.

I just recently discovered how deeply connected agile is to my other area of study, namely zen. I used to train Aikido, but since two years, since my youngest son was born, I had to give up something and that was Aikido, but I will be back!
