For more than 10 years I've been creating and managing software development teams. Every team and every project is unique combination. Observing the teams and their development I came to understanding of what can be done better and, most important how.

Since 2007 I've been implementing Scrum approach in different teams. I worked with teams to identify and overcome problems in their work and teach them Agile principles. Despite acting as trainer and coach, I continue practicing with Scrum teams, that helps me to develop as a coach and a better understand of what needed by people who adopting Agile approaches on their projects.
