As Vice President Operations, Dr.Johannes Mainusch is responsible for supporting operations and technical development of the XING platform, a high-traffic site with over 8.7 million members worldwide.

He has long-standing experience in iterative and agile project methods which he has successfully put to use as a project manager at Lufthansa Systems and as a freelance consultant for various industrial and logistics companies. His wide-ranging technical expertise in all programming languages, databases, and infrastructure components enable him to analyze and optimize complex IT systems in order to improve performance or generate more efficient development processes.
