At XING we work in an agile way with methods such as SCRUM and KANBAN helping us to ship tailored products to our customers faster than ever before. But how have we become agile, and how can we stay this way in order to keep the product snowball rolling at a good pace in the future?

Here at XING, agility means gradually optimizing things that don't quite work as they should. We always aim to get things right, enjoy learning about new methods and technology, have genuine staying power and a will to drive things forward. On top of all this, we make sure we retain the positive aspects while putting our hearts into the tasks at hand and staying resilient - even during tough times. :-)
