Monika Konieczny is a project manager (certified Scrum Master). She has a graduate degree in computer science and is currently pursuing a PhD at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan where her research involves investigations into the use of altergames (simulation games for IT) in project management. Monika is passionate about using altergames in agile projects. Altergames can be used in improving communication (between team members, between team and the customer, ...), make the Persona idea more efficient, motivating the team and many others :)
