Andrea Heck has an University degree in Computer Science and working experience in many different roles of software development, from programmer to integration manager for several hundreds of developers and testers. Her current position is Agile Transition Lead for a big software development project in Image and Knowledge Management at Siemens AG Healthcare, including suppliers on several sites. Her goal is to introduce agile project management and agile development into a regulated development environment. She is Certified Scrum Practicioner.

Tibor Vida is a Technical Department Leader of department Health Platform at evosoft Hungary Kft.

Tibor graduated as an Informatics Engineer in 2001 from the Technical University of Budapest, and started his career as a developer. He was working on many international projects involving Siemens top technologies like Simatic S7, WinCC, syngo.

He was part of the team who successfully introduced CMMI at evosoft in 2006. Currently he is the leader of the process improvement teams at the company, working on the introduction of balanced scorecard and a unified metric system. He is also a certified scrum master and certified product owner, he practiced both roles with several teams, and now he is responsible for introduction of scrum at department level as a coach.
