Pavel has a 8 years experience working in commercial web and software development. He participated in the projects with various scopes of roles ranging from general software development activities (programming, web design, javascript coding, etc.) to specialization in project management and team management.

He is an Agile evangelist, a co-founder of Agile Belarus and RailsClub Belarus communities. He gave presentations about Agile/TDD/BDD/RubyOnRails at various conferences and meetups in Moscow and Minsk such as SoftwarePeople, Software Engineering Forum, AgileSummer, DI.BY, ByNet2.0.
