Working as a Scrum Coach have helped 3 organizations transform to Scrum.

Have been involved with agile development since 2004, worked with distributed and remote teams, on smaller (3 developers) and larger projects (100+ developers). And coached over 20 teams in four different countries.

I regularly visit agile conferences (US and Europe) and have been speaking on some Norwegian agile events, like Agile 2008, Oslo, Agile usability 2009, Oslo, XP2010, Trondheim.
