Markus Andrezak is an leading projects and product development organizations since more than a decade. Most of the time and all of the last 6 years he does that using agile and lean methods and tools. In the last years he has been concentrating on lean and Kanban and Lean especially and is a known speaker and author in Germany.

Currently he leads architecture, agile development and outsourcing (off-shoring) at mobile.international GmbH, a subsidiary of the ebay Classifieds Group.
