We will have enough time to think and discuss together about what is important in product owning.
I will suggest some (in my opinion) important topics. We will discuss how supporting systems, order quality and dedication impacts agile project and in what direction. In my presentation I will provide you with example of tested and working contract framework for agile development.
During my session I hope to hear from you about your experience and your lessons learned from working on projects and being successful (or not).
