Robert Wiechmann

After his study of Business Administration Robert Wiechmann started working as a Marketing Assistant in several Internet agencies , located in Hamburg.

After 2 years he switched to the Project Management area. He worked as a consultant and Project Manager in a multimedia agency in Hamburg. After that, he changed to XING, Germans biggest online Business Networking Platform (www.xing.com). Starting  in July 2008 as Project Manager, he was mostly working in the Scrum Master role. Over the years he became a Certiefied Scrum Professional (CSP) and get more experienced while coaching several teams, also as Kanban Coach. Today he is also responsible for coaching new employees and the rollout of the agile spirit at XING. Due to his passion for working in an agile environment he started in May 2009 his Blog www.projekt-log.de the Blog is used as a information radiator for topics like APM, Scrum , Kanban, Project Management, Management, GTD,  Software & Tools as well as Ideas & Innovations.
