Melanie Konig

After her Study of Tourism Management and Business Administration in Germany and England, Melanie Konig was working as an intern at a International Research Company in Hamburg. After several months she switched 2008 to XING (www.xing.com) Germanys biggest online Business Networking Platform. There she was working as the Assistant of the technical board of managment. In 2010 she changed the direction and switched to the Project Management Team. Since then she mostly worked as a Kanban Coach.  Additionally she became a certified Scrum Master (CSM). Besides that she is coaching new employees and other departments at XING in agile methods like Scrum & Kanban.
